A Word From the Lord — Stop the Pity, Stand and Fight
A new Word from the Lord lands with urgency for anyone who has felt the weight of discouragement watching what’s happening across this nation and beyond. The message is direct: this is not the time for pity, fear, or giving the enemy ground he has not earned. It’s time to stand, get specific direction from God, and fight only the battles He has actually assigned.
Not the Time for Fear or Discouragement
The Word is blunt: this is not a season to be lukewarm, negative, or to pull others into fear with you. God says He is exalted on the earth and among the nations — and He wants His people walking in that confidence, not pouting over circumstances.
The Enemy’s Power Has Limits
Yes, the enemy has real power — but only the power God has allowed him to have. God says He has far greater power available to His people to trample the enemy, but it has to be asked for and walked out according to the specific calling and path He has given each believer.
Get Specific Direction for the Fight
Instead of assuming which battles are yours, the Word calls believers to come to God directly — asking for guidance, asking to be drawn close, and asking Him to reveal exactly which strongholds He has assigned. Move forward with courage and boldness, but only into the fights He has called you to.
What This Word Calls You To Do
Why shouldn’t believers give in to pity or fear right now?
Because giving in to pity or fear hands ground to the enemy that God never intended him to have. The Word calls believers to encourage one another and walk in confidence instead of complaint, trusting that God’s power for His people far outweighs anything the enemy can bring.
What does it mean to fight only the battles God assigns?
It means not assuming what your calling is or jumping into every fight that presents itself. The Word says God has many battles for His people, and He wants believers to ask Him directly which ones are theirs before moving forward.
How do believers get close enough to hear God’s direction?
By coming to Him with prayers and requests that specifically ask for guidance — not just for outcomes. The Word describes this as being “yoked” to God: staying close enough that His voice rises above every other voice competing for attention.
What happens when believers move forward with God’s armor on?
The Word says the enemy’s weapons become useless against believers who draw close to God and put on His armor. From that place, believers can move forward with courage and boldness — fighting from peace, not fear.
