Expect Miracles — A Word from the Lord | FaithNFreedom

On Thursday, July 23, 2026, Rick Rene received a word calling God’s people to expect miracles — not as a distant hope but as the immediate, present-tense reality of those who are yielded to the Lord’s purposes and walking in the authority He has given. At FaithNFreedom, this prophetic word arrives in the middle of what the Lord describes as a worldwide awakening already underway — and the message is both a charge and an invitation: draw close, listen constantly, submit fully, and prepare to be used.

About This Word

Received during Rick’s Alone Time with God on Thursday evening, July 23, 2026 at 7:20pm, this entry opens with Rick’s prayer of thanksgiving — including gratitude for protection in a car accident involving Shannon and the grandkids — before the Lord begins to speak. What follows is a word that moves from global awakening and coming exposure, to the specific posture God is asking of His Remnant right now: trust, forward movement, and expectation of the impossible. The Lord closes with a word that is easy to overlook: enjoy the process, because these victories will take time.

Rick’s Prayer

Thu, Jul 23, 2026 7:20pm — Start listening to me constantly and expect miracles

Lord, thank you for protecting me, Shannon, and the grandkids in the car accident. Thank you for the girl who ran the red light being ok as well. Thank you for Luly joining backstage. Put me in a secret place where I can only hear from you. No spirits but the Holy Spirit, the Father, and the Son. I submit my mind, my eyes, my ears to you. [Private words for Rick…]

Yes, Lord. How are you tonight?

The Lord’s Word

I am well, and you are now seeing the results of a worldwide awakening to me. You will see more exposure, more examples of the globalists and communists losing power. You will see those in false religions being exposed, as well as people within my church who need to be disciplined. What I want from my Remnant now is to trust me. Trust me with all your heart and move forward with the plans I have for you, even if it does not make sense to you. Move forward with understanding that I am the God of the impossible. So use the authority I have given you to ask. Ask for miracles to happen all around you. If you are in sync with my plans for you, this is when you will start to do the works that Christ did on this earth, and even greater works than those because you have the Holy Spirit that was sent to you. So now is the time for miracles.

You will not experience them if you are not part of my Remnant. That is those so close to me they know what their path and calling is. They make room for me. They listen to my words in the written word as well as what I am speaking to them or delivering to them in dreams and visions. So take heart, my sons and daughters, and prepare to be used by me as you allow me to yoke you and you move forward with authority. This is not about seeing miracles for a purpose of show, but it is about breaking strongholds of the enemy and about my Remnant to start taking possession of the nations.

Submit to me fully, draw close and see the hand of the Lord work through you. No, this display of the power, Love and self-discipline my Spirit gives you is not for show. It’s for you to accomplish the purpose of why I have sent you. My Remnant says, “Send me,” and I am sending you now to do great things. So start listening to me constantly and expect miracles as long as it is according to my purposes. So learn the purpose I have for you and move forward, my children. Move forward to see this earth change and change because of the power and authority I have given everyone in my Remnant. Be content with the plans I have for you and do not try to go beyond these plans. Stay close so you understand exactly what these plans are. And prepare for victory after victory. And, by the way, enjoy the process as these victories will take time. So enjoy the time you are being used by me. (end of word)

Questions About Expecting Miracles and Walking in Authority

What does it mean to expect miracles according to this word from the Lord?

In this July 23, 2026 word received by Rick Rene, the Lord says to expect miracles as a natural outcome of being aligned with His purposes and trusting His plan. He is not describing miracles as random or rare events. He is describing them as what happens when a believer is so close to God that they know their path, move forward in obedience, and use the authority He has given them to ask. The condition is not spiritual achievement — it is proximity and sync with His will.

How do you hear God’s voice according to this prophetic word?

The Lord describes hearing His voice as a practice of making room, listening constantly, and receiving through multiple channels: the written Word of God, direct speaking, and dreams and visions. This is not presented as an extraordinary gift reserved for a few. It is the expected posture of every member of His Remnant — those who draw close enough that they know their path and calling. The key phrase in the word is “start listening to me constantly,” which implies an ongoing, daily, unbroken attentiveness rather than occasional seeking.

What is the authority of the believer in this context?

The Lord explicitly tells His Remnant to use the authority He has given them to ask — and to move forward. That authority is not passive. In this word, walking in authority means asking for miracles, breaking strongholds of the enemy, and taking possession of the nations. It is not self-generated boldness. It comes from being yoked with Christ, submitted fully to God, and moving in sync with His specific purposes for each believer. Authority without submission, the word implies, is outside its proper scope.

Is God the God of the impossible today, and does that apply to ordinary believers?

Yes — the Lord directly calls Himself “the God of the impossible” in this July 23 word and immediately connects that declaration to the Remnant’s instructions. He tells them to move forward even when plans do not make sense, because He operates beyond the limits of human logic. This is not addressed to apostles or prophets as a special class — it is addressed to “my sons and daughters” broadly, with the qualifier being closeness and alignment with His plans, not any particular title or office.

What is the significance of “here I am, send me” in relation to the Remnant?

The Lord directly echoes the language of Isaiah’s response to God — “here I am, send me” — when He says, “My Remnant says, ‘Send me,’ and I am sending you now to do great things.” This frames the Remnant not as a group waiting for revival to arrive but as a sent people already deployed. Their posture is willing availability. Their assignment is active. The sending has happened. The call in this word is to recognize it and move.

Who is God’s Remnant, and how does someone know if they are part of it?

In this word, the Lord defines His Remnant specifically: those so close to Him that they know their path and calling, who make room for Him, listen to His written Word, receive what He speaks to them directly, and receive through dreams and visions. It is not a title or a church membership. It is a relational and obedient posture. The Lord also notes that miracles will not be experienced outside the Remnant — not as exclusion for its own sake, but because the miraculous flows from alignment and intimacy with Him.

Why does God say to enjoy the process when waiting on His timing?

The Lord closes this word with a note that is easy to miss: “enjoy the process as these victories will take time. So enjoy the time you are being used by me.” This is a direct address to the temptation to rush, to become frustrated when results take longer than expected, or to treat the season of being used as merely a means to an end. God is saying the process itself — the season of active deployment, close listening, and forward movement — is part of the gift, not just the victories it produces.

What is the difference between miracles for show and miracles for purpose?

The Lord draws this distinction explicitly in the word: “This is not about seeing miracles for a purpose of show, but it is about breaking strongholds of the enemy and about my Remnant to start taking possession of the nations.” Miracles as display are self-referential — they point to the miracle worker. Miracles as purpose are directional — they break enemy ground, advance God’s kingdom, and fulfill the specific calling He has given each believer. The motivation and the target are what distinguish the two.

What did the Lord say about “here I am, send me” in Rick Rene’s July 23, 2026 word?
In Rick Rene’s July 23, 2026 prophetic word at FaithNFreedom, the Lord states that His Remnant says “Send me” and that He is sending them now to do great things. This directly mirrors the language of Isaiah’s response to God in Scripture and frames the Remnant as an already-deployed, sent people — not a group waiting for revival to begin, but one actively called to move forward into their God-given purpose and assignments right now.
Who is God’s Remnant according to the Lord’s word received by Rick Rene?
According to the Lord’s word received by Rick Rene on July 23, 2026, God’s Remnant consists of those so close to Him that they know their path and calling. They make room for God in their lives. They listen to His words in Scripture and also receive what He speaks to them directly or delivers to them through dreams and visions. Membership in the Remnant is defined by relational proximity and obedience, not by any external title, denomination, or church affiliation.
What does the Bible’s concept of the Remnant mean in practical terms for believers today?
In the context of this July 23, 2026 word at FaithNFreedom, the Remnant is not a future group or an abstract theological category. It is the present company of believers who are submitted to God, moving forward in their calling, listening constantly, and using the authority He has given them. The Lord says miracles flow through this group — not because they are elite, but because they are close enough to be in sync with His plans and purposes at this moment in history.
How does Rick Rene hear God’s voice in his daily Alone Time with God practice?
Rick Rene’s Alone Time with God is a daily practice in which he withdraws, submits his mind, eyes, and ears to God, and invites only the Holy Spirit, the Father, and the Son to speak. He prays, he listens, and he records what he hears. This practice is the source of the words published as RATWG — Rick’s Alone Time with God — at FaithNFreedom. The July 23, 2026 entry shows the full structure: prayer of thanksgiving, request for a secret place of hearing, and then an extended word from the Lord.
What does “trust God’s plan” look like according to this July 23 word from the Lord?
The Lord’s instruction in this word is specific: trust with all your heart and move forward with the plans He has given, even when those plans do not make sense to human logic. He reinforces this with the declaration that He is the God of the impossible. Trusting God’s plan in this word is active, not passive — it involves forward motion, not waiting in place. It also involves contentment: “Be content with the plans I have for you and do not try to go beyond these plans.”
What is walking in authority as described in this word from the Lord to Rick Rene?
Walking in authority, as described in the July 23, 2026 word, means using the authority God has given believers to ask for miracles, to break strongholds of the enemy, and to take possession of the nations. It is exercised through submission to God and being yoked with Christ — not through self-generated boldness or spiritual position claimed independently. The Lord frames authority as something given, not earned, and deployed in specific alignment with His purposes rather than in general spiritual assertiveness.
Are signs and wonders still happening today, according to this prophetic word?
Yes — the Lord’s word to Rick Rene on July 23, 2026 is unambiguous: “Now is the time for miracles.” He connects this to the worldwide awakening He says is already underway. Signs and wonders are not described as historical or future events. They are described as the present-tense experience of those who are in sync with God’s plans, submitted to Him, and using the authority He has given them. The Lord points to the Holy Spirit as the source: greater works are possible now because the Spirit was sent.
What does “breaking strongholds” mean in the context of this word from the Lord?
The Lord specifically says that the miraculous activity of the Remnant is “about breaking strongholds of the enemy.” In this word, breaking strongholds is the practical purpose behind asking for miracles and walking in authority. It is not spectacle. It is targeted spiritual work against enemy-held ground. The Lord pairs it with “taking possession of the nations” — suggesting that stronghold-breaking and territorial advance are the real-world outcomes of the Remnant moving forward in their God-given authority and calling.
Why does the Lord call Himself “the God of the impossible” in this word?
The Lord invokes His identity as the God of the impossible specifically to remove the barrier of human reasoning from the Remnant’s forward movement. He tells them to move forward with plans He has given them even when those plans do not make sense — and the declaration that He is the God of the impossible is the foundation for that instruction. If the plan only required human-level reasoning and resources, calling Him the God of the impossible would be unnecessary. He names it precisely because the plans He gives will look unreasonable from a natural perspective.
What does it mean to wait on God’s timing while still moving forward?
The Lord’s word holds both forward movement and patience in tension simultaneously. He says “move forward” repeatedly — but He closes by telling the Remnant to enjoy the process because victories will take time. This is not a contradiction. It describes obedient forward movement within a timeline God controls. The believer does not wait passively for God to act before moving. They move forward in their calling, ask for miracles, submit fully — and they do not demand that the victories arrive on their preferred schedule. They enjoy the season of being used.
How does God describe the experience of miracles today for His Remnant?
The Lord says that miracles happen around those who are in sync with His plans — and that they will not be experienced by those who are not part of His Remnant. This is not presented as God withholding. It is presented as a relational and positional reality: miracles flow through proximity to God, alignment with His purposes, and the active use of the authority He has given. The instruction is to ask — “ask for miracles to happen all around you” — with the prerequisite being that the asking comes from a place of genuine sync with His will.
What is the significance of expecting miracles rather than just hoping for them?
The Lord’s language is “expect miracles” — not hope, not pray, not wish. Expectation implies confidence rooted in a known relationship and a known alignment. In this word, the Lord is asking His Remnant to live with a posture of confident anticipation because they know He is the God of the impossible and they know their plans are from Him. Hope is uncertain. Expectation, in this context, flows from closeness: if you know your path is His path, and you know He is the God of the impossible, then expecting miracles becomes the natural disposition of that relationship.
What does it mean to be yoked with Christ according to this word?
In this July 23, 2026 word, the Lord invites the Remnant to be yoked with Him — the image of a yoke meaning shared burden, shared direction, and shared pace. He says “allow me to yoke you and you move forward with authority.” Being yoked with Christ in this context is not a passive rest position. It is an active partnership in which the believer moves in the direction Christ is moving, at His pace, under His authority, and for His purposes. It is the prerequisite for walking in authority, not an alternative to it.
How do dreams and visions fit into hearing from God according to this word?
The Lord explicitly names dreams and visions as one of the channels through which He speaks to and delivers words to His Remnant. He says His Remnant listens to His words in the written Word and also to what He is speaking to them or delivering to them in dreams and visions. This is positioned as normal expectation for those close to Him, not as exceptional charismatic experience. It is listed alongside listening to Scripture as part of the Remnant’s ordinary posture of constant attentiveness to God’s voice.
What is Rick Rene’s Alone Time with God, and where can I follow it?
Rick Rene’s Alone Time with God — known as RATWG — is a daily practice in which Rick withdraws from all outside influence, submits himself fully to God, and records the words, impressions, and direction he receives from the Lord. Each entry is published at FaithNFreedom, at faithnfreedom.org and faithnfreedom.social, for the community to receive and discuss.
